1. Returns
- Eligible for Return: Unused, unopened products in original packaging.
- Return Window: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened or used products (unless defective or causing adverse reaction)
- Perishable or personalized Ayurvedic blends
- Free or promotional items
2. Refund Process
- Email ayushapoorvaayurvedic@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Ship the product to:
Ayush Apoorva Ayurvedic, Machel, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India
(A prepaid return label will be issued if it is our error or the item is defective.)
- Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Adversely Reactive Products
- Report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Report adverse reactions within 7 days of use.
- After verification, a free replacement or full refund will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective or harmful)
- Health and hygiene items
- Digital or downloadable content (if any)
5. Refund Type
No cash refunds. Refunds are issued either:
- to the original payment method, or
- as store credit (based on customer preference)
